Our principles are unlike others, which is why people stay:

  • Training as curiosity. We are here to ask questions, to explore physical and mental limitations through training with others who need the same. Training as exposure, not escape.

  • Building what lasts. Most gyms teach you to lift-rest-repeat. We teach and practice with intentionality. Our coaching is an immersive, collaborative system, and spans: nervous system regulation techniques, advanced mobility and connective tissue training and the psychological framing behind movement-based practices.

  • Nuance and results you can feel. We don’t stop at fitness; this is a holistic space: nutrition consulting, hormone and stress education, advanced gut / microbiome protocols and coaching to overall live your best life.

Raon training

  • The bulk of coaching we do at Raon is intimate group classes. Often delegated to 5 or less people per session start time. We crave an experience unlike proverbial fitness culture—we operate our gym with the intent and belief that training is a meaningful experience, and we should do it together, but, that everyone deserves a high-level coaching experience as opposed to a rep counter or hand-clapper.

  • Our one-on-one training is severely limited due to class time / schedule and is often full with a waitlist.

    Private training includes completely personalized programming on a week to week basis, along with nutritional / lifestyle guidance.
