Raon exists because real change — the kind that lasts, the kind that actually makes a life better — requires both. At the same time. In the same room.
We are not a mental health platform. We are not a fitness app. We are the space where those two things stop being separate conversations.

We don't treat mental health as a separate department. It is present in every session, every decision to show up, every moment of choosing friction over comfort.
Clarity is not a passive state. It is built through deliberate effort — through the specific experience of having demanded something of yourself and actually delivered it.

Raon training

The bulk of coaching we do at Raon is intimate group classes. Often delegated to 5 or less people per session start time. We crave an experience unlike proverbial fitness culture—we operate our gym with the intent and belief that training is a meaningful experience, and we should do it together, but, that everyone deserves a high-level coaching experience as opposed to a rep counter or hand-clapper.

Our one-on-one training is severely limited due to class time / schedule and is often full with a waitlist.
Private training includes completely personalized programming on a week to week basis, along with nutritional / lifestyle guidance.
