Training for a state of mind
Raon provides a multi-disciplinary, anti-dogmatic coaching environment to clients from a diverse background in experience. a combination of highly-detailed fitness / performance programming to nuanced understanding of biology / psychology. this allows us to improve clients lives in major ways, ultimately shaping a generative experience around physical effort and a continuously evolving space.
“We are all striving to find that one person, place or thing that we can bond to, that can rebuild us, or continue to give us that perseverance to propel us in that direction. I believe raon is that person, place, and thing. This space strips away what you think is wanted and transforms it into what is needed.”

The search is over…
We are not just coaches, sport scientists or influencers. We are strategists that combine real-world experience with thoughtful personal insight within evidence-based practice. These seemingly disparate channels run parallel to what we aim to build at Raon Training - a truly nuanced and powerful environment that impacts people’s lives from fitness, to nutrition, to psychology and the things in between.
What we teach—
-
Raon uses a training lens dual-focused on both psychology and physiology. Sessions are curated with high amounts of input from clientele as well as expertise-driven insight. Training is thought of not merely as a way to produce repeatable physical attributes.
-
Raon functions not as a service, but as an environment hyper-focused on helping people “people better.” Raon is a scaffolding structure; our true goal is to provide detailed coaching that in turn, results in training and nutrition literacy far beyond the generic in fitness. Our aim is higher, and often tougher. Our training mirros this aspiration.
-
Raon employs a coaching system, where experimentation, communication are championed within a coherent framework that allows more thinking, processing and conversation to occur rather than simple numbers and metrics associated with traditional fitness improvement. This concept is combined with our style of functional training and overall GPP (general physical preparedness) standards to create a unique experience for intimate group training.
“Raon Training is where you go to improve your body, mind, and soul. No toxicity or negativity, no judgement. Just pure compassion and dedication.”
- Pegah S.
Training
the
Our principles are unlike others, which is why people stay:
Training as focus. Our coaching is built around the idea of getting more out of training than mere exercise. We want to train the most important muscle—the one inside of the skull.
Building what lasts. Hyper-aggressive programs and run of the mill intense classes are fine, but they are not what builds vitality and longevity. Most gyms mull around this concept, but we teach it.
Nuance and results you can feel. Gut health, circadian rhythm biology, balanced training pursuits. This is an environment, constantly evolving and teaching us, while we teach you. The learning never stops, the progress and understanding of ourselves never quits.
Different methods for different goals—expert coaching, precise programming. The missing link to continual improvement and desire to train.

Raon training

The bulk of coaching we do at Raon is intimate group classes. Often delegated to 5 or less people per session start time. We crave an experience unlike proverbial fitness culture—we operate our gym with the intent and belief that training is a meaningful experience, and we should do it together, but, that everyone deserves a high-level coaching experience as opposed to a rep counter or hand-clapper.
-
Our one-on-one training is severely limited due to class time / schedule and is often full with a waitlist.
Private training includes completely personalized programming on a week to week basis, along with nutritional / lifestyle guidance.
To inquire about a private training spot, fill out the submission form and we’ll respond as soon as we can.
